Conjunction of the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter
A rare celestial event, Venus and Jupiter are visible near a crescent moon shortly after sunset, December 2, 2008. I only had a few minutes after sunset and before my 6 pm class, but that was enough time to quickly setup my tripod and get the shot. I shot ithis from the parking lot on the CCSF campus in San Francisco, right behind my car.
